저소득층 청소년을 위한 문화예술교육 방안

□ 국문초록

저소득층 청소년들은 자신의 선택과는 관계없이 경제적 빈곤 때문에 문화예술을 경험 하거나 교육받을 기회가 적으며, 이로 인하여 사회적 소외감과 박탈감, 낮은 자존감, 그리고 우울과 불안까지 겪게 된다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 공공지원 부문인 국가나 공공기관뿐만 아니라, 다양한 민간단체, 기업, 복지시설 등 민간차원의 적극적인 지원이 필요하며, 공교육기관인 대학에서도 학내 인프라를 최대한 활용한 양질의 문화예술교육 프로그램을 제공함으로써 저소득층 청소년을 위해 사회적 기여를 해야 할 필요가 있다.

따라서 본 연구자는 음악대학의 우수한 전문 인력과 타 학과의 풍부한 인력자원을 연계 및 활용하여 저소득층 청소년들에게 다양하고 질 높은 교육프로그램을 제공하고, 멘토링 시스템을 통해 교육적ㆍ심리적ㆍ정서적으로 지원하고 관리할 수 있는 문화예술교육 프로그램 기획안을 만들어 보았다.

☐ Abstract

A Study on the Education of Culture and Art for the Low Income Group Youth

The low income group youth, regardless of their own choices, are less likely to experience or receive education on cultural arts due to economic poverty, resulting in social isolation, deprivation, low self-esteem, depression and anxiety. To solve this kind of problem, active support from the private sector such as various non- government organizations, corporations, and welfare facilities, as well as the public sector such as state and public institutions is much needed. It is also necessary for the universities as public educational institutions to give social contribution for teenagers from low income families by providing high-quality arts and cultural education programs that make full use of the school infrastructure.

The purpose of this study is to devise a high-quality education program for the low income Group youth by linking and utilizing the excellent professional manpower of the music school and other departments, and provide educational․psychological․emotional support and management through the mentoring system.
